All vendor fees are non-refundable.

The Organizer is not responsible for event changes, postponements, or cancellations due to weather, public health emergencies, government orders, venue issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, the Organizer may, at its sole discretion:

• Offer a credit toward a future event

• Reschedule the vendor’s participation

• Provide a partial refund

No refund is guaranteed.

Vendors must submit all required health permits and documentation by the deadline provided (and no later than 30 days prior to the event). Failure to obtain or submit required permits will result in removal from the event without refund or credit.

By registering, Vendor agrees not to initiate any chargebacks or payment disputes. Any disputed payments may result in immediate removal from the event and recovery of all owed amounts, administrative costs, and applicable legal fees.
