Fulfillment/shipping policy
Festive Planet does not ship any physical goods. Vendor participation is for event space only.
A vendor booth space is confirmed and guaranteed only after full payment of all applicable vendor fees and receipt of required documentation.
Upon payment, vendors will receive a confirmation email outlining event details, logistics, and next steps. Booth assignments, load-in instructions, and event guidelines will be provided prior to the event date.
If full payment is not received, the Organizer reserves the right to release the booth space to another vendor without notice.
